Our Company's Founding Story.
In Berlin, we embarked on a mission to create an eco-friendly hotel concept while crafting a new hotel from scratch. Navigating sustainability in hospitality was like hacking through a wild jungle – tough and full of surprises. We ventured into the world of eco-labels, certifications and looking for tools and software, often feeling like lost explorers in the midst of it all.
As a Hotel Manager, we tackled the task head-on. Armed with DIY manuals, we dived into sustainability, empowering our team to champion eco-friendly practices and educate guests.
Our journey was a blend of transformation, education, and team spirit, ensuring
our hotel had the minimum of negative impact to people and planet.
Continuously seeking improvement, we're on an ongoing educational journey, currently enrolled in a MBA in sustainability magement. Inspired by Scandinavian practices, we've broadened our horizons. Now, we're simplifying the path for others, embedding sustainability in every aspect of hotel management.

Sophie and Kathi, hailing from Austria and Germany respectively, have settled in Denmark, where sustainability holds great importance. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality business, our journey into sustainability has enriched us with knowledge acquired through research, an MBA degree in "Sustainability Management," and additional specialized courses. With this expertise, we are enthusiastic about assisting your hospitality business in elevating sustainability. Committed to providing tailored guidance, we aim to help hotels understand the SDGs, improve, and rethink their values, visions, and strategies regarding biodiversity, climate change, CSR and resource use development and to set new standards.
